PANAMA CITY, FL – United Soccer Coaches released its latest national winter rankings on Tuesday, and a new power has emerged at the summit. Arnold High School (Panama City, FL) has officially claimed the No. 1 spot in the United States after a dominant 12-0-1 start to the 2025-2026 campaign.
The Marlins’ ascent to the top follows a string of clean sheets and a high-octane offense that has outscored opponents 45-4 over the first two months of play. Head coach Jonathan Chapman credited the team’s defensive discipline for their historic rise.
“Being number one is a testament to the work these boys put in during the off-season,” Chapman said. “But the ranking that matters most is the one at the end of the state tournament.”
